MedPREP was not built by a company. It was built by a medical student sitting in the same lecture halls you are sitting in right now, facing the same exams, and asking the same question, is there a smarter way to prepare?
I have seen brilliant students spend weeks on topics that are not even in the syllabus, while leaving out things that are. The problem is never effort. It is direction.
My approach has always been simple: know what you will be tested on, and know it well. Cover every topic in your syllabus, not more, not less, but cover each one properly. That is what separates students who walk out of the exam hall confident from those who are not sure how it went.
I built MedPREP because I wanted a platform that tells you what is in your syllabus, tracks your progress, shows your weak areas, and gives you proper MCQ practice in one place. That platform did not exist, so I built it.
I am still a student. I am building this while studying the same subjects you are studying. Every feature exists because I needed it or a fellow student needed it. This comes from inside your world, not outside it.
Pakistani medical students work incredibly hard. The issue is rarely effort, it is that the effort is not always pointed in the right direction.
Students cover chapters outside the syllabus and miss things that are in it. They revise what they already know instead of what they do not. They do MCQs without understanding why they got them wrong. They work hard, but not always on the right things.
"Your syllabus is what you will be tested on. Cover every topic in it properly, not more, not less."
Muhammad Abbas, Founder, MedPREPMedPREP is built around this idea. Every note, every MCQ, every tracker is there to make sure you cover your syllabus properly, nothing missed, nothing wasted.
Studying smart does not mean studying less. It means studying the right things, tracking your progress, and going back to fix your weak spots. That is what MedPREP helps you do.
Pakistan produces thousands of medical graduates every year. MedPREP is here to make sure every one of them has access to good exam preparation tools, regardless of where they study or what resources they have.
MedPREP starts with KMU. Everything, notes, MCQs, syllabus tracker, is built around the KMU syllabus and professional exam structure.
After KMU, we expand to UHS, Rawalpindi Medical University, DOW, Aga Khan and others. The goal is to reach every medical student in Pakistan.
Pakistani doctors are working in Australia, the UK, the USA and Germany. MedPREP will eventually provide guidance for USMLE, AMC and other pathways, with input from doctors who have already gone through the process.
Every student who uses MedPREP should go into their exam knowing they have covered their syllabus properly and understood what they studied. That does not change no matter how large we get.
Every note and MCQ is tied to your official syllabus. Nothing outside it. Everything inside it covered properly.
Every MCQ has a full explanation, trap and key point. Every note is accurate and structured. We do not add filler to make things look bigger.
Every decision we make, on pricing, features, design, comes down to one question: does this actually help the student? If not, it does not belong here.
Exonovo is the company behind MedPREP. The name reflects what we do, build products from scratch that solve real problems.
MedPREP is Exonovo's first product. As it grows and earns trust, Exonovo will expand into other products, Insha Allah.
The plan goes beyond one app. But it starts with getting MedPREP right.
MedPREP is live now. PKR 1,500 for full session access, this price is only for this year.
