Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the MedPREP website, registering for an account, or using the MedPREP mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Exonovo (the company that operates MedPREP), based in Abbottabad, Pakistan.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use MedPREP services. Continued use after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Our Services
MedPREP provides an exam preparation platform for Pakistani medical students, including:
- A syllabus-aligned MCQ bank with explanations, trap identification, and high-yield pearls
- Structured notes aligned to university syllabi
- Flashcard system including auto-generation from wrong MCQs
- Syllabus tracker, weak area detection, and performance analytics
- Study modes including Tutor, Timed, and Exam Mode
- Custom session builder and 360° Topic View
- Website features including leaderboard, blog, and pathway information
MedPREP is currently in pre-launch phase. Some features may be under development. We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue features at any time.
Accounts & Registration
To access MedPREP, you must register on our website and complete the payment verification process. By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration
- Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others
- Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised
- Use MedPREP only for your own personal study, not on behalf of another person
Subscriptions & Payment
MedPREP subscriptions are offered on a session-based or monthly basis, as detailed on our Pricing page. The current plans are:
- Launch Special (This Year): PKR 1,500 for full session access until exam results
- Full Session (Next Session): PKR 3,500 from session start
- Monthly (Next Session): PKR 500/month, available from session start only
- Late Session: PKR 3,000 when 2 months remain before exams, monthly not available at this point
Payment is made via bank transfer to MCB Bank Ltd (Muhammad Abbas, Account: 1513864151010428). Upon payment, you upload a screenshot of your transfer on our website. Our team manually verifies your payment and delivers your app access credentials within 24 hours.
Subscriptions are activated only after manual verification. MedPREP reserves the right to reject any payment that cannot be verified.
Refund Policy
We encourage you to review our features thoroughly before registering. If you have any questions about whether MedPREP is right for you, contact us before making payment.
Exception: If you make a payment and do not receive your app access credentials within 48 hours, please contact us immediately. In cases where access was not delivered due to a failure on our part, we will either deliver access promptly or arrange an appropriate resolution.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use MedPREP only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Share, distribute, or resell your MedPREP login credentials or subscription access
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any MedPREP content, including MCQs, notes, flashcards, or explanations, without our written permission
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract content from the MedPREP platform
- Use MedPREP in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our platform or servers
- Submit false or fraudulent payment information
- Use MedPREP content for commercial purposes without our express written consent
Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without refund, and may result in legal action where appropriate.
Intellectual Property
All content on MedPREP, including but not limited to MCQs, explanations, notes, flashcards, the 360° Topic View system, the MedPREP logo, brand identity, website design, and application code, is the exclusive intellectual property of Exonovo.
Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use MedPREP content for your own private study purposes only. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights over the content.
Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of MedPREP content is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of intellectual property law.
Disclaimer
MedPREP is an educational preparation tool. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and quality of all content, we make no guarantee that use of MedPREP will result in passing any examination.
MedPREP content is designed to supplement, not replace, official university materials, textbooks, and guidance from qualified educators.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Exonovo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MedPREP.
Termination
MedPREP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you are found to be in violation of these Terms. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: account sharing, content redistribution, fraudulent payment, abusive behaviour toward our team, or any other violation of these Terms.
You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees paid.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Where changes are significant, we will notify registered users by email.
Your continued use of MedPREP after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should discontinue use of MedPREP.
